Allowances are per website plan, including multi-site plans—not per website or per mailbox. New mailbox and domain email setup, aliases, forwarding, and basic setup guidance are included. Migration, extra storage, and extra mailboxes are available by quote.

You purchase the setup package first. Monthly managed service begins when implementation is completed and the website is ready to launch.
Pay the listed annual amount for one full year of managed service. The separate setup charge is waived. Confirm the service start date and renewal terms in your agreement.
Vendor capacity describes how many vendor catalogs the plan can accommodate. Automated product feeds, EDI, ERP connections, migrations, and custom development require a separate requirements review and quote.
Yes: 1, 3, or 5 mailboxes with 500 MB, 2 GB, or 5 GB of total storage per plan. Storage is shared among that plan’s mailboxes. Existing email migration and general device or Outlook troubleshooting are outside the included setup.
Yes. You can retain your existing email provider. Tell us before domain changes so existing email delivery is preserved; third-party email subscriptions remain separate.
Implementation, hosting, configuration, design assistance, training, launch support, and the services specifically included in your agreement. nopCommerce remains governed by its own license.
